We welcome everyone from total beginners to University Professors!

Membership costs only £10 per year.  For this you receive a monthly newsletter by email, plus opportunities to take part in fieldwork, attend talks and outings plus other events.  Your membership fee also covers insurance for fieldwork activities. 

SSARG membership runs from 1st June to 31st May each year.  Renewal notices are sent out at the beginning of June.  You can join at any point during the year but If you join after 1st March you get 3 free months membership and will not have to rejoin until 1st June the following year.
